Third Party Pet is a custom-built enterprise-level ecosystem that was developed by The B Team. The collection of technologies facilitates primary business functions such as: the online store, call center operations, the support department, fulfillment, registrations, CRM and corporate communications.

Challenge

The challenge was to unify the myriad, disconnected systems while creating an operational-level understanding of business health. The solution needed to replace existing systems with a flexible infrastructure that could accommodate various business models - for instance, externalization for Covid.
